4-Once you have paid the deposit, we will make all the arrangements for you (book hotels and services and send you documentation by post).

Time of cancelation before start of holiday: Cancellation charge (per person and as a % of the total booking price):
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
One month or more → Administration expenses 90 €
14 to 29 days → Loss of deposit
One week to 13 days → 50% of total amount
48 hours. before arrival to 6 days → 70%
Within the last 48 hours → 100%
Of course, if you have to modify your booking, change the dates, etc. We will do our best to attend your request.
However, we do reserve the right to charge a modification fee of 60€ and you will have to pay for any additional expenses that are incurred as a result (e.g. cancellation fees payable to hotels and other suppliers).
After the pandemic crisis, many people prefer to book a couple of months in advance, just in case. This might be a good idea but you take the risk of not finding availability, depending on the season and the route.
Anyway, this is up to you. If you are clear enough that you want to take one of our holidays, the sooner the better, so that you can avoid the inconvenience of not finding availability.

We will provide you with: Helmet (we recommend to bring your own one), a rear pannier and map holder per person and pump, lock, multi-tool, spare inner tubes, tire levers and patches for every two people.

Spain is a very rich country in terms of gastronomy. There are several dishes made with vegetables and legumes. However, sometimes it is quite difficult to get a vegan or vegetarian menu. In any case, there are an increasing number of vegans and vegetarians so that restaurants and hotels are changing their minds and more and more restaurants offer vegetarian alternatives.
